Found Pets

If you recognize an animal found by a member of the community that you believe is your lost pet, we recommend contacting the shelter directly at 519-756-6620 Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. This will allow us to disclose the contact information of the finder to assist in reuniting the animal back home. Consent to disclose personal information is gathered at the time of report submission. If consent has not been provided, a staff member of the Brant County SPCA will contact the finder to assist in making communication arrangements to have the animal returned.

Please note, the Brant County SPCA is not responsible or liable for the care or condition of an animal in the possession of a member of the public. If you have concerns regarding an animal not being returned into your care please contact your local police. If you have concerns regarding the welfare of the animal, we urge you to contact Provincial Animal Welfare Services at 1-833-926-4625.
