Returning this fall, The Brant County SPCA is hosting our annual Open House for our supporters, adopters and the community to attend, bring your pet, indulge in a complimentary BBQ, and enjoy an afternoon of fun.
This year, the event location will be a little different – we are hosting a larger event on Sunday September 10th 12:00pm- 4:00pm at the Boys and Girls Club in Brantford to celebrate all the animals we have helped.
There will be a photo booth, pet caricature, SPCA Pet Stop Shop, games, pet activities and more!
At this event, we are eager to share the plans for our new location and how we will be able to expand our community programs to help more animals in need.
You will be able to learn more about our new Animal Centre, which will be nearly five times the size of our current shelter. Each square foot was purposefully designed to reduce stress and enhance the health and well-being for all animals. It’s more than a shelter, it’s a safe haven for the pets in our local community and the people that love them. It’s about creating a space where people can connect with the animals they love.
Come enjoy an afternoon of fun with our furry friends, see the New Animal Care Centre plans, and learn about all the ways we plan to continue to help pets in our local community!
